You can help! If any members of the public received a Public Records Request Denial for the following THREE reasons listed below and you want to Contact Us, your PRR denial case may qualify for further investigation. This would apply to ANY department within the county of White Pine, Nevada and/or City of Ely.
(1) Denial by “attorney-client privilege”
(2) Denial by “work-product doctrine” or any language pertaining to an alleged privilege or protection of attorney work material.
(3) Denial due to right of “confidentiality”
