We're only getting started as recruitment efforts to increase our administrative manpower is currently underway. As we get this initiative off the ground, the primary focus is to begin tacking the divisions of the utmost urgent need for intervention.

The purpose of this investigation is to restore the rights of the people pertaining to the acquisition of unadulterated public records. We've identified several red flags in this area of this presiding sheriff going well out of his way to conceal important records from public scrutiny in what appears to be a massive cohered cover-up operation. Accountability is what we are after.

Public Official Marvin Scott Henriod Investigation Updates ~ Tampering of Public Records
- April 28, 2024 Update Notification: To date, the District Attorney has been unresponsive to our latest request for an investigation but we understand he has moved forward with it. We will be following up to see how much traction he's been able to make, after allowing him a full THREE months to investigate into this since his confirmed receipt of our 02/06/2024 Official Complaint. All submissions & correspondences regarding The Henriod Investigation will be viewable HERE as a courtesy to the public. As soon as an update is received by District Attorney Mr. James Beecher, that update will be relayed back to the public HERE. If we aren't seeing that accountability is being served as appropriately it should, our initial concern would only be confirmed as a greater one. Our next step would then be to partner with the proper federal agencies to investigate into into why the DA has been so unresponsive to the public regarding this important matter, and why Mr. Henriod hasn't yet been held accountable according to the letter of the law, provided that the DA has received all the evidence he needs to enforce the law. We had already anticipated this will be the proper protocol, but we did want to offer DA Beecher the courtesy to prove himself a concerned supervisor regarding violations of such magnitude as this.
- We realize this is a very hot topic of discussion due to the flood of messages we've received, largely pertaining to the very same frustration about your failed efforts to attain the proper records detailed in your own public record requests. We too can verify something very peculiar is going on, and it's not an isolated case either; not only respective to the omission of important records and BWC footage that are specifically requested, but even more concerning, is the integrity of the records we are receiving. There is an undeniable tampering with and an alarming altering of the narrative of events altogether in some of these reports. Understand this is a very serious crime. If you believe your records were tampered with, altered, or defaced in any way, please Contact Us with your willingness to share your details. As we are compiling more evidence of this trend we've identified to be a very serious problem.
- We want to apologize to many of you for taking so long to respond to your emails. We are only beginning to really take off the ground now with very little manpower up to this point, but we will soon be recruiting more administrators to respond in a timely manner. In the meantime, we are working on some tips and tools that we will soon make available to assist you in your success for obtaining your records.
